Peas Pulao
















Ingredient
  • Basmati rice -2 cups
  • Peas- 1 cups
  • onion - 1(finely chopped)
  • cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon
  • bay leaves- 2 leaves
  • whole Gram Masala - 2 tea spoon
  • kewra water - 2 tea spoon
  • salt to taste
  • Ghee - 2 tea spoon
Method 


Wash and soak basmati rice for twenty minutes. Then Drain the water. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds,whole gram masala and once it starts to crackle add chopped onion.Cook till onion turns little brown, then put basmati rice, peas and salt to taste and mix well. Put 3 cups of water and kewra water and close the pressure cooker. Let 2 pressure to go and remove from fire. serve hot .
