Chicken Malai Kebab

Chicken pieces wrapped in creamy textures of cheese, cream and sour curd along with spices and squeeze of lime juice.

Chicken Malai Kebab
Ingredient
  • small chicken pieces – 15
  • raw papaya paste – 1/2 cup
  • hung curd -1 cup
  • ginger garlic paste -2 tea spoon
  • gram masala powder – 2 tea spoon
  • black pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
  • lemon juice - 4 tea spoon
  • coconut milk - 1/2 cup
  • cream - 1 cup
  • mozzarella cheese - 4 tea spoon (grated)
  • cornflour - 2 tea spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to cook
Method

Marinate chicken pieces in a bowl with raw papaya, ginger garlic paste, gram masala powder, black pepper, salt and lemon juice and also mash the hung curd, cream, mozzarella cheese and coconut milk into it and mix well by adding corn flour into it. Marinate for 3-4 hours . Preheat the oven at 180 degree C and grill it for 20 minute each side or until it turns golden brown. Alternatively You can fry chicken pieces on tava / frying pan till golden brown. 

Now serve hot with coriander chutney and slice onion.
